Very nice guy, did catch a lot on the inspection. With that being said he did not notice that our house wasn’t equipped with a Caron monoxide detector . My wife and I kept getting sick and found out it was because of a carbon monoxide leak. He also didn’t catch that two of our exposed ducting tubes in the attick were crushed . This led to a year of being sick and very expensive energy bills. just found out it’ll be $10,000 to fix:(
