We've been using ZP since Feb 2019. They're a fantastic company! My orders always come reliably within 5 business days. A small fee of $25 will get your order to you within 4 days which is incredible. I'm always happy to send them my designs for casting!
I've had consistently awful experiences with ZP Casting, from ordering, to customer service, to returns. If the casting part of their business was the only part that mattered, they'd have a higher rating honestly; however from even my onboarding into their order system, things started off rough. Rich, the sales manager also apparently handles customer service, and from the start of my working with them, he took exorbitant amounts of time to respond to emails, provide quotes, and provide actual customer service.
