He's kind and he listens with his full attention.
Dr. Zero has been my two sons pediatrician for over 11 years. He is kind, caring and wonderful with not only his patients, but the parents as well. He listens to his patients concerns and gives kind advice. He never rushes through meeting with any of his patients, yet the wait time in his office is always short. I tried 10 years to have a baby. So when I was getting ready to deliver I researched every pediatrician I could find in the area. Dr. Zero came highly recommended. I loved his office from the first time I stepped inside. He had me come in for a quick visit before the baby was born. He explained what to expect when the baby came. He has a separate seating area for wellness visits and sick visits which we love. He is absolutely amazing with our daughter. She likes going to the Dr. He is the best!!
I would highly recommend Dr. Zero to family and friends. We have been going to Dr. Zero for over 13 years. He is very reputable, cares about his patients, and is accessible at any time. His staff is very friendly and is always there to listen and help in any given situation. Dr. Zero is thorough with his examinations and explains things in an easily stood manner as well as answers questions thoroughly. He spends the appropriate time with the patients and waiting time is minimal.
Dr. Zero has been an excellent physician for our 3 boys and have been seeing him for over 5 years since my oldest was born. I recommend him and his new practice anytime I am chatting with someone about pediatricians. He went into private practice in August 2015 and his new office is great. He is breastfeeding friendly and I have always felt comfortable discussing any parenting issues with him as well. Dr. Zero has a family of his own, is down to earth, and can relate to other parents.
