Quality hasn't changed in years. I consider it a worthy detour if I'm even remotely close to San Angelo.

The bartender working at 200pm today was very unattentive. She was more interested in talking to the men nearby than waiting on anyone eating at the bar. I waited for change for my ticket for 10 minutes, but gave up, paid a dollar less tip than I would have because I had no ones to give her.
