After buying a brand new motorcycle and most of the riding equipment there story ended. I feel they are in for quick money and do not care about customers, only to make that initial sale. They failed to submit paperwork for an extended warranty on time and now I am out of warranty. They also failed to address the problem and completely ignored it.
