Chris goes above and beyond for his customers, answering all my questions and is very knowledgeable on every aspect. I 100% recommend doing business with this company. 100% satisfied customer.
If I could give negative stars I would. They put all kinds of stuff on wrong. Biggest thing they did wrong was putting my head gaskets on backwards and not wanting to fix. I had to take to another shop, because they felt I was threatening them. No I promised to tell everyone how I was done if it wasn't made right! Which it wasn't! 🤬 Also had the son Konner trying to tune my 2018 Supercharged Camaro when he had no clue what he was doing. Hadn't even had schooling. I have the screenshots to prove it!
Inaccurate prices over the phone,drove 1hr. To find out it was $800 to put a tune on my truck,not $200 that I was told by the person on the phone.
Shout out to Chris and the entire Zero In family. For all your automotive needs hit them up. The staff at Zero In is extremely professional and helpful. I promise once you drive through those gates your not leaving without a smile and your issue not solved.
Look no further for a performance shop! These guys are very knowledgeable, professional and passionate in what they do. Update! If I could have made it 6 stars I would, Came back to shop couple months later with 5 cars and the hospitality was amazing these guys here Chris and Konner helped us with everything we needed and more!
