It was a different experience from my regular massages. I like that it was in a small room. However, even with the fan blowing, it was still hot to me. The chair was a surprise. It gave a good massage. So much so that I was able to lightly doze. I didn't care for the ocean sounds so I switched to soft music. They provided lysol wipes to clean the chair before and after use. I would visit again.
