Finding the location is a little confusing at first. The text sent prior to your appointment helps with parking and the entrance. Once in the building, you call the number provided and the person on the line walks you through getting to the room and getting set up. The room has a soothing and calm environment. Ocean waves from a sound machine and ambient lighting. The chairs are fully adjustable to fit your comfort level. This experience was very interesting compared to the normal hands on massage. I enjoyed the massage however you will need to adjust to your liking once you do that it's pretty sweet. My bf and I don't really like the idea of the person massage and I wanted to try this out as an alternative which worked out pretty great. The only I have to say is at first it seems very sketchy walking in and then needing a code to unlock a box to get into the building then needing to call to inquire about directions. Had my second visit today and already can't wait for the next one. For medical reasons, traditional massage is painful for me. The zero gravity chair has been the perfect solution. The gentle stretches and compression are my favorite features. I schedule my visits on Sunday afternoons so I am ready for the week! If you are looking for something different, I encourage you to at least try it once. 10/10
