We will forever ONLY use Paula for our real estate needs. She was amazing to work with and really knows her stuff. She explained everything clearly and was very responsive whenever questions came up. She negotiated fairly and efficiently, even when the other agent clearly didn't know what they were doing. I can't say enough good things about working with Paula- if you're thinking about buying or selling, make her your first call!!
Was very goodup until closing, feel like I was cheated out of $ 2500 ,was told 5% for service but 6% was taken on a house that was pretty much sold by me before they got involved, I was trying to do right on my part because Clint was at the house talking to me about the house being sold,was told night before closing about problem, he said he would do right. Angie and James were literally the BEST from start to finish. They were able to help get us moved super quickly and find a house we LOVE! I couldn't recommend anymore more. You can tell they truly care about their clients and what they do.
Absolutely a 10/10 experience from start to finish. James and Angie Morgan are the absolute best. They are truly such genuine people who care about their clients deeply. We had an absolutely fantastic experience, full stop. There was nothing we would have changed or had them do differently. If you want to be treated like family and cared for 24/7 throughout your entire process, give these folks a call. I would recommend them to anyone. Wish I could give them 20 stars.
