My family and I have been patients of Dr.Zerangue and his staff going on 11 years and he's the most professional, thorough and knowledgeable doctor I've ever had and hes dedicated to his patients. Staff is professional and thorough and office is very nice and inviting and if you arrive on your appointment time you won't wait longer than 10-15 minutes. Dear Emily, Please contact your lawyer and discuss the issues listed below in regards to what could and/or would happen if you overdose, and whose fault it would be. Also, you were not on time, and since you are a new patient, we actually need all new patients to arrive early to fill out paperwork. We offered to reschedule your appointment, however your behavior at the front window, with patient's in the waiting room, is what ultimately lead to our decision to NOT accept you as a new patient. I have never in my life been treated like the manager and clerical assistance did me today 1/6/2013. I am a new patient excited about finally getting the meds I need to not be sick anymore or to not hurt myself anymore. I was super excited and I get there on time they tell me they can't see me when I did NOTHING WRONG!!
