She speaks to parents condescendingly, and she does not respect parents’ requests to NOT give children candy. She was great until she started speaking to me in a condescending manner as I was trying to soothe my crying child during the exam. She also asked my other child if they wanted candy instead of asking me, the adult. I said no, but she then took my child out of the room unauthorized* to get multiple pieces of candy anyway.
