Five+stars . Furnace replaced after another company kept patching around big problems. Very clear on options and no pressure to sell up more than needed for a good quality Carrier 2 stage. Installers, Jason and Mark, were efficient, fast and area was cleaner than when arrived. Jason identified worn gas and electric connections and replaced without adding to quoted install cost. This company has amazing customer service! They were very helpful and flexible with scheduling and eager to help. The technician, Julio, was very professional and thorough with checking my heater. Their pricing is fair and they do excellent work! I highly recommend Zepsa Mechanical.
Great service in all aspects for a new furnace/AC installation. Very fast initial response and quickly scheduled visit for a price estimate. They provided good advice on best options, without trying to sell more expensive but unnecessary equipment. Pricing is competitive based on other quotes I got. Installation started and finished as scheduled. It was very well done and very tidy, including the clean up after the work was finished. Technicians are experienced, knowledgeable, friendly and courteous. Highly recommended.
