Five+stars . Furnace replaced after another company kept patching around big problems. Very clear on options and no pressure to sell up more than needed for a good quality Carrier 2 stage. Installers, Jason and Mark, were efficient, fast and area was cleaner than when arrived. Jason identified worn gas and electric connections and replaced without adding to quoted install cost.
