Bad service, Customer is always wrong! Filing Complaint with Attorney General. I purchased the equipment...and can not have the master code per the owner. Monitoring service price goes up...service goes down. The last time we had an alarm...got a call from the monitoring service- they no longer ask for our password. What's the point of having it monitored?
The owner is very rude and unprofessional, Bad business practice and awful customer service!!! Stay away from this outfit. Charges are Rediculous for what they consider service.

So far so good. Just had my security system installed and was more than pleased with the installation process. Mr. Zeplin was able to fit me in quickly too, which was really nice. Their rates seem reasonable compared to other companies in the area. The gentleman that installed my system was very friendly and answered all my questions.
