Ridiculously expensive and horrible service. We’ve had this service since 2020 and it’s been $20/month for the water dispenser and $40/ month for 4 5-gallon jugs. We recently started getting the water on our own for 1.25 for a 5 gallon jug, we would have kept the dispenser, which we’ve paid for over 7 of them in our time with Zephyrhills, but they said no water no dispenser. So we decide to cancel everything and the customer service agents are not knowledgeable of how to cancel or are told by management to make it difficult ... read more
