Relatively new facility, clean, adequate reception personnel the times I have visited. Lots of parking compared to the old location by the hospital in Zhills.
Brought my Pops for a lab draw appt. They are very pleasant. He had a 20 minute wait for his appt. That is typically every visit. Not a big deal. They were gentle drawing his blood ( he is 96 years old,Korean War veteran). Easy to get to the location from Lakeland. Plenty of parking.
