They are refusing to fill a specific medication for me going forward because I am not an established customer. I have filled this medication there several times in the past and Sam the pharmacist literally sent me a happy birthday text last week. How much more established does one need to be? They also flat out lied to me about the status of a refill. They are inconsistent with their communications and rude when you call.
This pharmacy was wonderful and was recommended by my doctor. However, it seems to be under new managment. When Sam was the pharmacist, every employee wore a mask and signs were on the outside and inside telling customers that masks were required. Now noone wears a mask and the signs are gone. When I asked why I was told that most employees are vaccinated. We are at the height of the covid pandemic and I expect better of a pharmacy. I have switched to Xtra Discount where all employees wear masks and there is a drive through.
