Screw this place / semi truck delivery ,,,, 8pm delivery …. One pallet from my truck loading one of their box trucks…. Doesn’t make sense,,,,,and I get to stay here 4 hours
Terrible customer service! We’ve been with them for 11 years and they were great when owned by Zephyhills but now that’s its Ready Fresh it’s near impossible to get deliveries and pickups and bottle credits correct! Looking for a new company asap!
I have used ZH and now readyrefresh for more than 10 years without issue. Now I cannot get customer service on the phone to replace a bad cooler. Going to find someone else to deliver water
It is Ready Fresh now. Since months they don’t deliver all what I order (San Pelegrino products). Their customer service completely sucks.
Loved the service up until now. My last water delivery I left 4 empty bottles out to be picked up and 4 full bottles to be left just like I do every month. The usually credit me the bottle deposits that were picked up and charge me for the bottles that were left, so it balances out to 0.00. This month the driver forgot to mark down the 4 empty bottles he picked up and never issued the credit.
