Doesn't have the gym and pool like many larger buildings around here so flies under the radar a bit, but very well appointed, spacious apartments with good quality appliances and fixtures. No BS fees for parking, trash etc. Main bonus is location - can walk to downtown in 10 mins but also close to 6th Ave so can get to the mountains quickly.
