It's shocking how little the Zephyr Haven management seem to care about customer service and family concerns! From my experience, it would seem that they place the needs of customers and families at the very bottom of their list of priorities! They were cold, unsympathetic to our needs, and seem to care more about their bottom line than the families they serve!
