Amazing experience thus far! We had a specific situation where we were rushed to finding a place and Ivan helped us every step of the way! The building itself is very well maintained and quiet once you close your windows. The location is walking distance to so many grocery stores, bars, and restaurants that you will never run out of things to do. I had a very disappointing experience with Zephyr Apartments that left me unwilling to consider leasing with them. Scheduling a tour was unnecessarily difficult, and the communication from the property manager was unprofessional and dismissive of my time. Unlike other apartment communities, Zephyr doesn’t have a tour scheduling tool on their website. The only way to reach out is by email, phone, or using a third-party platform like Apartments.com. Just moved in, cannot recommend enough! the new building manager Ivan is fantastic to work with, the building is in great condition (looks like the photos), the amenities are better than described, the ground floor is devoid of drama (cant say the same for other sidewalks of apartments in seattle), parking feels secure, clean, maintained, and overall just really happy to be at Zephyr. Moved across the country without seeing it until we moved in, never felt anything other than total comfort!!
