I had a very disappointing experience with this office. On Thursday at 11:12 AM, I received a call asking if I could bring my son in for an appointment on Saturday at 9:00 AM. Although the timing seemed unusual, I confirmed the appointment by repeating the date and time to ensure accuracy. The caller also mentioned that if any earlier appointments became available, they would contact me, which I agreed to. Yes I read all of the reviews. Maybe that's why I want in expecting the worst. But honestly I can't really complain. The staff were extremely easy to talk to. They used a few words that we were not familiar with but they backed that up with a detailed explanation for each term. They were very friendly and interacted with our child during both interviews. I was given a time frame of 4-6 weeks for results. This is quite a long time to wait if you don't realize how overwhelmed they are with cases. Take into consideration that t... read more
