I could give 0 stars pure Fraud alert ! please check your EOB claim statements with your insurance! These people have been filing fraudulent claims this entire year & getting paid from my insurance for services not provided. The physical therapist showed up twice & every appointment after that she was a no show. Never showed up during scheduled sessions! Zenux healthcare picked up my referal from my insurance coordinator over a week before my surgery. I called multiple times and spoke to their new patient coordinator to figure out logistics and was told several times a named nurse would be in contact. Was told this several times, even right up to driving in for surgery and then it switched to she would call after discharge.
