Horrible communication and customer service skills, when I asked about getting an installation and tune for my car, instead of being understanding and patient that I don't know much about cars they talk down to you, even said one of my questions was stupid and went on about how stupid it was. I don't recommend if you want friendly welcoming service or if you don't know much about cars! Zen is one of the best in the business with extensive experience from many top reputable workshops in Sydney and Canberra. Honest and quality workmanship, with continual after sales support and techincal advice. Friendly customer service with many laughs on the way. He took the time to custom dyno tune my FK8 Civic Type R even though he is always flat stick working on crazy builds. Zen is an absolute gentleman and is very passionate about tuning, he took the time out of his day to run through and explain absolutely everything there was to know about my car and which way to go about it. I learnt so much with the chat I had with him.. He is an absolute guru with it all. Totally lives and breathes tuning. Much appreciated Zen. Highly Recommended.
