This is some of the worst service I have ever experienced. We were ignored from the moment we got there and forgotten about twice. First, there was a sign telling us to see the host, but with no obvious host stand and no one greeting us. We waited for at least 5 minutes as employees walked right by us. We had a reservation for lunch at 2pm for 4 people. They had one person who was responsible for hosting, waiting tables and bartending. We couldn't sit at a table we requested because the waiter didn't want to walk that far, even though others were sitting nearby. He said he was the only one working and to expect the food to take an hour. We asked if we could get a cocktail while we waited. That was a no as well. Massively disappointing!
Great spot at City Center right next to the theater. Love the size of the space, the ceiling height and the open air sliding glass doors as well as the outdoor seating area. Had carne asada tacos that were delicious and my partner had the turkey wrap that was very California fresh. We also had delicious refreshing cocktails that were super yummy. Highly recommended! We want to come back for dinner and sit outside next time!
The Cocktail strawberry Mojito and Asada fries with the side of verde salsa was amazing. The restaurant was so pretty and very clean. Ivan our server was so friendly, gave great service, very polite and very tentative! Give that man a raise!
we were there for the winter olympic opening ceremony. The vibe is really good and service is sufficient considering such a big crowd. However the food is disappointing. The wagyu burger is dry and no lettuce/tomato. The poke tacos were as tiny as potstickers.
