RecommendedMy Daughter is going to FVTC this fall. She called me Friday a little after 8 am telling me her car had no power and was noisy. I am typically the one who fixes my kids vehicles but i'm in Minocqua so i was too far to help. I found Zentener's on Google and they had GREAT reviews. They where also only a half mile away. I wouldn’t recommend this auto service to anybody.
We realized our 2013 Grand Caravan was only blowing heat through the back vents. Not ok with warm weather coming and two young kids to keep cool. I tried calling the dealership, left a couple messages, and attempted to use their online scheduling... That was Monday. Tuesday I called Zentner's, made an appointment for Friday. Fast, friendly, affordable
Never bringing my vehicles here again. And neither is anyone else in my family after having come here for nearly 20 years. Service is getting poorer and poorer. Spending thousands of dollars to have problems not fixed. Making appointments and being told the loaner would be available and will call u if it's not but u get there to drop your vehicle and surprise surprise, no loaner so now u gotta find someone to drive u around or just go to another shop. Ridiculous

Dave Zentner is our go-to guy. He is honest, gives quick service and you can just count on him for a fair deal. We have always been pleased by his service. Highly recommend!!!
