Quick and easy to do. The people that I have dealt with so far have all been great!
Beware of Fraud My business applied for insurance, and when we received the email back, it included coverage different from what we requested. This dramatically affects the payment and provides no benefit for us. Zensurance refused to discuss this abnormality and decided simply to ghost us and not reply back once we asked for correcting the quote. CUSTOMER KNOW: If this is how they conduct the first steps, you should not expect any service down the road but simply become a cash cow.
Fast, kind, insane service. I really appreciated how quickly the broker was able to communicate back and forth and ensure insurance was in place. I actually can’t praise this place enough right now.
