Horrible experience, I would rather drive far and go somewhere else. This place over charged me for some nails that had no effort put into it. Very sad and disappointing. It literally felt like they gave me the worst person that does nails.
I recently visited Zen Nails East Hartford to receive an eylash extension service. A having a minor communication confusion due to a language barrier with one of the employees. I reached out to Zen for clarification and Zen responded to me immediately and invited me to come in the very next morning first thing when she opened.
