Annie was wonderful. She explained everything to me and made recommendations. She was prompt and so courteous. Justin was professional and prompt and efficient. And very nice. I will definitely be using them again.
We started with Zenpura Pest Solutions in February of this year and I cannot express how pleased with our with their service. We thought we would have to replace a patch of grass that was covered in dollar weed. After 2 treatments the dollar weed was under control and after 3 treatments the issue was almost completely resolved. Mr. Troy Rossi literally went above the call of duty to help my wife and I create a safer space for our kids mainly, but also our entire family by spraying in our requested areas that was not apart of his job, but he saw the need to act was high and he did that. He reloaded his canister and sprayed areas outside of his job description around our home. Annie with Zenpura has been great at answering any questions I have. We also have not seen any bugs since the initial spray. When we did see one, they were out the next day. I was also concerned about the chemicals and my fur babies. Annie assured me they would be safe and, of course, they are just fine. 5 out of 5 stars recommend.
Professional, thorough, and excellent service! I highly recommend Zenpura! Annie is such a help and friendly as well.
