Annie had great customer service & was very accommodating. Services were completed quickly as needed. No complaints :)
I don't know how they're even in business because it's impossible to schedule an appointment. Their phone extensions don't work properly and they don't respond to their service email that they provide on the website.
Zenpura is the best of the best. No other pest control company can touch them. Fast, good prices and so kind. I work with them on a daily basis and give them 30 plus job a month. Zenpura is by far the go to pest control company.
Troy Rossi he come out to my house and serviced everything very well. I wanted to tell him thank you and tell the company thank you for sending out good technicians that come here and get work.
Annie was wonderful. She explained everything to me and made recommendations. She was prompt and so courteous. Justin was professional and prompt and efficient. And very nice. I will definitely be using them again.
