These guys were very quick to help me, and were very friendly.
Upon placing my order the webpage wouldn’t confirm my order and was stuck on the payment page. I tried entering my same information again and it wouldn’t load once again. So I sent an email at that moment to tech support about the problem. I never received a reciept or email confirmation about my order and later saw on my bank account I was double charged. The best customer service could do was 50% off my “2nd charge”. They knew their website was having problems and still won’t refund me. I will not be doing business again w... read more
Absolutely disgusting. I am extremely offended. I have a book business and we print through them. We sent our order at the end of August and they NEVER SENT THEM. I called, emailed, texted, showed up at their place and just assumed they were out of business. Finally got a call from one of the owners months later. Found out the majority of employees had been let go and they were in a bad place financially, but you don't just go cold on customers. He asked if I still wanted them printed I said yes. I didn't receive any e-mail regarding my order after it was placed, so i thought it was still being processed 2 weeks later. I received the cards in the mail today (unexpectedly) and LOVE them so much! Very beautiful, quality work. Happy with them.
