Signed up for a showing via their automated system. Confirmed a few different times at different dates. No one ever came to meet us at the property though. Waste of time.
Self-scheduled viewing was a waste of time. I followed the instructions precisely and was still unable to access the lockbox. I don't plan to consider Zenplace inventory again.
I check the reviews before it was bad but I already started using them and hoping all the bad reviews were wrong. They were all TRUE good luck getting in touch with them and getting timely respond. Their emails, websites, and phone numbers would keep pointing you to one automated system after another. This was an absolutely horrifying experience. They will not pass a question on to the landlord. They'll just tell you lies. "I'm sure that'll be taken care of. Once you've signed a lease and a check, you'll find that not one word made it to the landlord. By then, it's too late. I'm counting the days (242) until the lease is up.
