Do not do business with this company. They are NOT honorable people. They ignore your phone calls, letters, and emails completely. You won't even get an acknowledgement of receipt. They will auto-renew your lease for another 12 months even under conditions where the copier is not being used and you have requested time after time for them to pick it up. IT IS STILL HERE. Their Director of Sales will not call you, will not reply to email or letter. COMPLETE GHOSTING once they have your contract and money. STAY FAR AWAY.
Our company is set up with Zeno Imaging. If you want quick service here in the Austin Tx area do NOT go here. I order toner and maybe a week later it arrives. They are constantly letting us down and we are unable to conduct business efficiently. I have asked that they send us two toners and they say they can't do that. So we have to wait until the unit lets us know we are running out and then hope that Zeno can get our supply to us before the printer goes down. Do not do business with this company especially if you are a small business. They promise to take care of everything for you and save you money. Complete ripoff. They do not save money and trap you in a contract that allows them to provide the worse support while still taking large amounts of money. Totally unethical and a complete sham
