Our hot water heat was not working. I selected zenner ritter because they were the quickest to respond. The service was very expensive and when they left the heater was still not working. I received a large service bill and had to find another way to get my heat back on. Good service is getting harder to find every day.

Keith was a very pleasant, professional, informative technician and explained why I should consider replacing my furnace and AC simultaneously. He had patience making sure that I thoroughly understood what he was explaining to me. He was a very good representative for your Company.

Purchased a standby generator from Home Depot. Zenner & Ritter is one of their local installers who did the quote and install. Although everything went well with the install, shortly after we realized Z&R caused a problem with the electric. After going back and forth with several Z&R people including Brian the owner, they basically refused to accept responsibility for their error. I would say there are enough ethical HVAC companies out there that you should avoid ZR at all costs.

The customer service is terrible! The woman on the phone is so rude that we decided to switch to another plumber after she called us. Her attitude is totally unacceptable....horrible....

Their technician did not call the owner of the property despite giving them specific instructions to contact before he came in. I called the owner and asked him if he could let me know what work was done. Mr Brian Ritter (Owner) came in personally today and explained to me what work was done on the unit. I gave them 5 stars as Mr Ritter had the courtesy to come in to explain and has good business ethics.

I called this morning to set up an appointment for a furnace tune up. The woman told me there would be someone in the area that afternoon and they would be there between 12 and 5. A five hour window is pretty unreasonable, but I agreed. At 4:45, still not hearing anything, I called and was told I was "the next call". 5:20 rolled around and I called back. They were closed!
