Affordable and great! I have been to numerous spas over the past several years. They tend to be pricey, but they are always something to remember and look forward to. Last month, I booked an appointment with Zenity Spa. I thoroughly enjoyed it ever bit as well as the wonderful massages that I have had. The only difference... half the price! I will call Zenity again. A great relaxing massage at a very affordable price.Thanks
Great Service The staff was professional and amazingly accommodating, letting us use their small lounge area to eat and chat after our services. They even brought out extra chairs so we could sit and open gifts and took a picture of our large group.
Horrible Customer Service - Did not honor Groupon I am a 60 year old caregiver to my husband that has Stage IV kidney cancer. My daughter has a two-year-old, so we don't get many "mother/daughter" days out. My kids bought a Groupon as a birthday present for myself. When we got to the spa, we didn't get the services we paid for. When we asked the manager about it, she blamed everything on us. She never took responsibility for the error and was rude. Not bad, but... Ive been dying for a new spa to visit since recently moving into the area, and decided to try Zenity Spa. When first walking in, I was pleased with the atmosphere. I instantly noticed the lack of staff, even for a small "spa" like this, and no one was dressed for work. Maybe the mall. The manager herself was dressed very unprofessionally. Zenity Spa is The BEST LOVE LOVE LOVE this place! I have been to this spa a couple of times now and each time my experience gets better and better. The owner is very friendly and always makes me feel right at home. I had never heard of a copper bowl pedicure until I found this spa. I now refuse to have any other kind of pedicure done. The prices are unbeatable and the staff are unrivaled. This is a must for all.
Zenity Spa is great!! I had my sister-in-law try out the hot stone/swedish massage. She really love it!
A peaceful oasis I just got back from a blissful experience with Zenity Spa and I feel terrific! love the decor and the owner is really nice. I am doing a special valentines day package with my honey. Just one pedi into the place I know that we are going to be treated like royalty! The pedi was great but I hear the massages are even better!
My new favorite day spa This is my new favorite day spa in the area. I had a girlfriend getaway with my 3 best friends and we had an awesome time. The staff is nice and down to earth and the services were very relaxing and pampering. I also loved the decor.
Love the copper bowl pedicures and the massages & facials! This is the first time I have been to this spa and I loved it! I have never had a copper bowl pedicure before, but it was extremely relaxing and beautiful to look at. Not to mention much safer than the traditional spa chairs.
