I rented out a basement apartment in April 2021 I saw advertised and worked with a building manager named Curtis Helwig. After moving in, I had difficulty getting normal services (I've rented basement apartments before, never had these type of issues). Found out through FOIA that the apartment did not have records permitting a basement dwelling unit. Therefore, I couldn't receive services such as mail and internet/phone services. What a waste of my valuable time!
I applied for an apartment and they charged my card twice. I call repeatedly to speak with one person they never call back. Some lady always answers the phone with the same line "They will call you back" People seem unprofessional.
Place sucks bad maintenance and horrible tenants the place stinks of old would not recommend living here or any facility owned by this establishment.
