The service itself was good, but I was offered a one-time payment dental plan that was supposed to fully cover my deep cleaning and later extractions. I initially paid $250 under the understanding that this would cover everything. However, I was later charged additional fees during the cleaning, and when I needed extractions, I was told again that the plan would fully cover the procedure with no additional cost. This is the worst clinic I’ve ever been to; the atmosphere is terrible. The doctor is very rough he abruptly forced my mouth shut while I was having it held open. They tell you to come in for an assessment, but that’s a lie; they perform a mini-cleaning without the client’s consent and then charge you for it at the end. Be careful.
Great office great doctors recommend this office to everyone.
Dentist was a bit of a creep. His staff was kind and professional. Zenith tried to get me to pay a lot $$ outside of my insurance, plus sign up for a second insurance which felt odd. I ended up going to a different dentist for the service I wanted and turns out my insurance did in fact cover me fully.
