I am disappointed in our experience with Zenith. We received a call about winning a security system from the Rock Springs, WY home show but no one came out to talk to us about what was involved, the cost or anything. Instead when someone did show up, it was the technician to install the equipment that we had not yet discussed with a sales person. The technician couldn't tell us prices because he didn't know. We had an amazing experience with the guys at Zeneth. We were looking into a security system for awhile and the guys at Zeneth gave us a great deal and were at our house 45 minutes after doing the paperwork. Set up was easy and they walk you through step by step. We're very happy!
Thank you so much for the peace of mind you provide for myself and my family. It is so nice to know that my home is protected when I sleep and while I'm away! My car was recently broken into, but I'm not as worried about my house because you're protecting it. I am very excited to buy a house (my system is currently set up in my rental) and to be able to get some of the other great products you offer!
I've been a loyal customer for years. I've had nothing but great customer service! They come out and replace batteries, make sure everything is in working order and educate me on how to use/program my security equipment. They even call to make sure I'm happy with all my security needs. I highly recommend them!
