Alex Soto and Zenith Roofers are A++ and came to our rescue to resolve a time-pressured emergency. Beware homeowners... insurance companies in CA are reviewing roofs using aerial photography and even a shadow in a photo is enough for them to suspect that your roof is faulty and put you into a "non-renewal" status... meaning your policy is going to get cancelled unless you get a licensed roofer to inspect and write a report determining your roof to be in good shape. I contracted Zenith Roofers to do a complete replacement of my approx 4,000 sq foot roof. I had the opportunity to observe them do a neighbor's roof and was very impressed with their process, work ethic, competence, and execution. The owner, Alex Soto, was very attentive and responsive to any and all questions during the bid process and all along the way. I highly recommend this company. Five stars!
