I bought a house 2 years ago from Sanje, I was a first time buyer and did not know what to look for and when he first started showing he tried to gain my trust and tell me don't worry you don't know anything I have your back. My family rented a house this last fall from Sanje and Zenith Realty. I've never had such a bad experience. Anytime we had questions or needed information, Sanje rushed us off the phone not caring about anything we needed. The place was not cleaned, outlets didn't work, the keys to the different doors to the outside (5 of them) were all different locks to which we only were given the key to the front door. The stove was corroded and it took us 2 months to get a new one. It took 4 weeks to have holes in the wall repaired. We ... read more
