Would absolutely LOVE to give a zero star rating. Do NOT sign papers with these people. We rented with them for 14 months, had an immaculate rental history with no issues what so ever (other than them not following up on repair requests in a timely fashion). When time came for our move out we were informed that "Zenith does not do move out walk throughs with tenants"...should have know that would be trouble.
