My husband was scheduled to see Dr. Williams. The office called and scheduled his appt and then was a no call no show. They rescheduled him. He had his intake session at the end of the appt they scheduled him for his next session and then Dr. Williams was a no call no show for a 2nd time. The office was called both times there was a no call no show of the Dr, only to be told that they didn't have my husband on the schedule we I'm not sure what the mix up is with the communication for appts but it needs to be fixed. Mr.Adams is amazing. He is professional but has always helped me in anyway possible. I always recommend him. 10 out of 10 all day. Always there when you need him!!! I promise you won't be disappointed!
I really hate to say it, but they are not very truthful, they don’t make/keep appointments all of the time, they don’t return phone calls, etc. When told about it, they make excuses. I was only able to see an intern who really tried to do her best. I only saw an actual doctor once. I see that there are some people who have had good experiences. I guess I wasn’t good enough to continue being a patient there.
I've been working with Mr. Adam's for several months now and couldn't be happier. Coming from someone who was skeptical in seeking professional help I'm glad I made the decision to stick with it. Extremely flexible and understanding Mr. Adams has done nothing less than provide me with the tools and environment to flesh out and conquer some the challenges plaguing my mind and life. You can't please everyone, but you can help those that want to help themselves
Zenith sees all of our patients with substance abuse. My patients state that Blair is the best therapists they have encountered. Many have been in therapy for over a year. and continue to see Zenith when they have other options
