I contacted the company to get assistance with my credit, after they got all my information including my SSN and credit card, they said they will charge .99 to get the first credit and will share it with me which they never did, and I found out that they signed me up with IdentityIQ service which I never authorized with a bogus username and email address so I will not be informed. Setup was pretty straightforward, cost is reasonable and manageable, the staff and communication have been fantastic, and the responsiveness of the program to changing financial needs during times of transition have been better than initially anticipated. I was a bit wary of selecting the right provider at the start, but everything has been what was communicated at the outset (no surprises), the program has been significantly helpful, and I'm glad I chose to work with Zenith!

This company is wonderful, knowledgeable, and pleasant to work with. I was feeling strangled by my debt and Zenith helped me be free and get my life back...quickly and painless. They thoroughly went over everything with me so I could understand what was best for me and it went so smooth I finished earlier than expected. They have a helpful client portal, and all the staff is super nice and helpful, and will contact you right away when you have questions. I highly recommend Zenith. I felt like the team at Zenith Financial Group had my back every step of the way and was very transparent about the process of settling my debt. very trusted company to work for my debt settlement. the stuff very help full and guide you a long the way when you have questions and rough road to finish the program.you feel safe and not worry that hey will ripe you off. i am finished my program earlier a month cause they suggestion and save more money. one thing they fight hard to my debt officers effortless. they really on your side. so you can have the best benefit. never disappointing at all. love you guys.
