What a great team they have at Dr Hall's office: Dr Hall, the RN and the front desk ladies! Simply a wonderful, dedicated team that works together. Everyone there is a health geek and they know their stuff!
Lady at the front desk is rude, unprofessional, short, and a little disrespectful. Was going here while it was a walk in clinic. Asked to have my medical forms released to me and I was disrespected. Felt embarrassed after I got off the phone.
So pleased with Dr. Hall! Polar opposite of Dr.Nel. He listens and seems genuinely concerned about the questions and health issues brought up.

Dr. Hall is great and helped me out tremendously in the past. But once they switched over from a walk-in clinic, the receptionist was quite cold and told me to find another doctor with no real direction. Unfortunate because prior to this all my experiences were quite nice.
