Can't get ahold of people in the office for several days of calling. Scheduling errors - they scheduled me for Riverton even though I'd been going to the Lehi location so when I got off work early and showed up they didn't have me on the schedule. I had to come back during work for blood draws because the MA tried both my arms several times and blew both veins. The worst customer experience I have ever seen in health care. - Scheduled me for an appointment that was apparently during a routine meeting they have. No one at the office when I arrived. Waited with four other patients. Was seen almost an hour after my original time. - Later, I was 10 - 15 minutes late to an appointment and was told the doctor had left for the day. Doctors are kind but you can’t get anyone to answer the phone or call you back. Super disappointing and makes me want to go to another doctors office. You will be on hold for 20 minutes and it goes straight to vm and then no one calls you back.

I was recently hospitalized for blood clots in my lung and I was prescribed enough blood thinners for one month by the ICU doctor informing me that I need to take them for 3 months or I will DIE. I made an appointment with Doctor Daniel O. Thompson to get the remaining 2 months of the LIFE SAVING medication. When I filled my prescription, I realized the "months supply" was only enough for 15 days.
