Welcome to our clinics! Opening in 1996, we have been practicing for 12 years at our Riverton office. It is our pleasure to serve many of the residents in the south end of Salt Lake County. Our Zenith office in Saratoga Springs opened in April of 2008 to serve the families of northern Utah County. Our Lehi Office opened March of 2015. I saw Dr. Severn after moving back to UT. I have epilepsy and while waiting to get into a neurologist, needed seizure control meds called into pharmacy. Dr. Severn was reluctant, even terrified of doing so. He wouldn't call in migraine med, either, more than once, while every PCP or PA in past hadn't had a problem with it. This was odd.
