They have always been good.
They are SO late and SO behind at 10am. I ended up having to cancel my appointment while at the office because they were over 30 minutes late. I do have a job that I have to get back to so being that late is not okay. The communication between the doctor and front desk and me was ridiculous. The office was dirty. Don’t come here, their reviews are low for a reason.
The doctor and the Labcorp nurse were excellent, but unfortunately, my overall experience with the clinic's staff was disappointing. The receptionists were rude and unkind. During my first visit, one of them asked me to sit while I was trying to complete my information. The manner in which she spoke was very impolite. Despite providing my correct information, they repeatedly called me by the wrong name and wrote down the wrong phone number AND name. Dr. Dustin Jones and his are the very best! I have been treated with respect and dignity in every interaction I've had with Zenith. If you are looking for a primary care physician I highly suggest you start by looking here. I only wish I could give them a higher rating than five stars. They truly are a partner in my health care. I would recommend them to anybody.
