Needed to open multiple complaints with the department of insurance to get money from my deceased father for his funeral. When they finally sent the check, it was sent to the wrong address. When I called, I was informed that if it was cashed by somebody else, it was my problem and not Zenith’s. The incompetence was incredible and added immense stress during a time of grief.

These guys will not help you if you need medications, mental health or anything. Total garbage company. It's sad the amount of my paycheck that that goes to my medical insurance and how little help I can actually get

My local, 32, got away from Zenith American! Maybe now I know why. The new administrator of my pension had my benefits to me 3 months ago even though we submitted our applications at the same time. Zenith American has told us fairy tale after fairy tale and the last lady I talked to hung up on me! SADLEY, my wife has to wait months longer for her benefits. First, they said we didn't submit her divorce papers. When we brought another copy down, they said they had already found it. We had them sign a paper saying they had it. ... read more

Business administration... minus the administration. At this point, just put the money in my bank and I'll do the paperwork—that you already make me do. Wasting money and time sending me requests for more and more info. Frustrated since this company took over our "benefits". Two stars for hope.
