Business administration... minus the administration. At this point, just put the money in my bank and I'll do the paperwork—that you already make me do. Wasting money and time sending me requests for more and more info. Frustrated since this company took over our "benefits". Two stars for hope.
Was at this facility on 12/5 helped by an agent when I ask for copies of my forms was told it wasn’t necessary I left 3 months worth of documents for gym usage I went on vacation and return to find my application returned saying my documents were missing very rude woman who also assisted a month earlier with my name change due to marriage when I ask to see supervisor she say no one is available not a pleasant experience and again I’m here today same lady not able to give her name says she only scan documents again I ask her ... read more
