I cannot express enough how awesome this place is. Everyone is great is especially Dr. Gil, very down to earth and relatable. He doesn’t talk to you as if you’re not a person. However there’s a woman named Wendy- this woman is greatness personified. She goes above and beyond to get anything done. She’s very patient and kind. She’s very nice to speak with and handle business with. I’ll be visiting Zenith for most of not all of my medical concerns. Thank you all.
This is the most horrendous experience I've ever had with a billing department. In addition to repeatedly being asked to pay incorrect bills, Zenith has sent me bills for OTHER patients, complete with the names, addresses, contact information, and health information, which is a violation of HIPPA law. This is a shame because the Hurst doctor and her staff are awesome and have a friendly bedside manner. I would have continued treatment with her if not for the above issues.
