Zenimax Online Studios, responsible for the release and upkeep of The Elder Scrolls Online, has been continually defrauding it's playerbase for years. A massive portion of the game related to "PVP" combat (player versus player) has been running so poorly that it could be deemed "unplayable" for years now. Zero would be more accurate. Played for a day then uninstalled a game only to come back three years later to "account banned" and customer service reps going "you got hacked, too bad for you". Guess that's the last time I buy a ********game.
Customer Service is really sluggish. I placed a ticket and no response 36 hours later. Wait times are usually 24-48 hours per response. Note that it takes at least 4-5 responses at a time to get to the end of the problem, which means it could take weeks to resolve. Customer service should be a department people should put time into fixing, and yet it has only gotten worse over the years. It doesn't help that I have 2 tickets to resolve, neither has received a response from Zenimax.
Banned my Fallout 76 account FOR LIFE, and I had not even played for months. My account was likely hijacked, but they punished me and let the hacker win. Terrible company. DON'T SUPPORT THEM IN ANY WAY. Shout out to Rockstar games, who fixed a similar situation in a few days and I have my GTAV back.
This company is nothing more than pay for play. They allow certain features in a game then ban them for it. You pay 60 bucks for the game and 14 bucks for a monthly description then for any reason at all they can take that property away from without compensation. This is called theft. Their Terms of Service is something you can't agree to until after the purchase of the game. I bought Fallout76 which is a game a year ago for eighty five dollars and it was a disaster from the beginning because the game took a day or so to load and you only got a 48 hour free trial which I look at as fraud because the time they give to try the bad game is what it took to load. Then to play the game I had to buy a subscription for a year which was sixty dollars. So, at the time I paid 85 plus 60 = 145 for a game that wasn't working.
