I think we all to often forget that we are one person with all its parts. It seems to have become the norm to focus on one tiny aspect of who and what we are. Ki is a kind, loving and very knowledgeable life coach. She is also an excellent yogi. Ki has helped me develop core strength and balance, and greatly increase my flexibility through our bi-weekly sessions.
