If you have deep knots and aches Sandy is your gal. Clearly knows what she’s doing and what to look for. I am first time client and I’m not exaggerating when I say this is the best massage I ever had. Sandy found all the knots in my shoulder, mid back and lower back/glutes and I felt so much better the next day and over the past week. Miracle worker.

This is one of the best massages I have ever had, and I was there to work out a tension/frozen soldier. I only had my shoulder and neck worked on, and I cannot wait for a full body treatment. It was a night and day difference.

Okay so I absolutely floated out of Zenergy! Sandy is truly such a lovely person and talented professional. I was grateful to be able to get in when I was having a crazy week and was in quite a bit of training related pain. As soon as Sandy began I was like, “Yep. I found my person.” The best!
